User Management Overview

User Management provides the ability to manage users. This includes the ability to add, clone, edit and delete users.

With the 2025.02 Release we have introduced key improvements to the User Management page to streamline navigation, improve visibility, and make user action more intuitive. These updates are a crucial stepping stone in future User Management enhancements and better align with modern SaaS design standards.

Accessing User Management

User Management is available on the Dashboard under the Configuration tab.

The available configuration options are listed on the left vertical menu. User Management is the first option. Depending on your security group assignments, you may not have access to all the options shown below.

The default is the Users list option, but User Management Options are listed across the top of the User Management selection.

Options include:

• Create User
• Clone User
• Edit User
• Delete User
• Deactivate User 
• Users

Some options may not be available for all users based on security.
