The Users section allows you to run user list reports based on a few different filters. You can view the report results in the window, and can also export to a CSV file.
How to Run a User List Report
User Management is available on the Dashboard under the Configuration tab.
Click on the "Users" link in the top toolbar.
Select your filter option by clicking on the drop-down menu. You'll see 3 options: All Users, Active Users, or Inactive users.
You also have the option to not include or include Security Groups in the results.
If you do not include Security Groups, the results will display with one row per user.
If you do include Security Groups, the results will display with multiple rows per user, based on the number of security groups they are assigned.
With the 2024.04 Release we added columns to the Users List to include User Activated and Deactivated Date.
As changes to user occur, this information will be updated but will not be retro active.
To export the search results to a CSV file, click the "CSV" icon in the upper right to download the file to your computer.
