Why is there no scroll bar on my Document Viewer?

The DataServ application is only designed to support a browser zoom setting of 100%. At anything other than 100% features may be lost or not work correctly such as losing the scroll bar on the side of the document pane.

Browser zoom setting can be increased or decreased by using the Ctrl and your + or - sign on your keyboard or you can go to your browser settings and adjust it there. 

If you need to increase the size of the document in the application, you can use the document zoom in and out to increase the size of the image to be able to see it in a larger format instead using the browser zoom setting.
