Setting a Mailbox Rule
In the below walkthrough, we will be using Office 365. However, the concept of setting an email rule is generally similiar across all platforms and can be summarized into the following steps.

Setting a Server-Level Rule

Log into the Exchange server

Open Exchange Management Console

Navigate to Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Transport Rules

Right-Click and select New Transport Rule…

Similar to setting a mailbox rule, insert the following information

Save to create the Transport Rule
