How Do I Calculate My AV Exception Match Rate

Within DataServ Analytics there is a standard Dashboard labeded 'AutoVouch Exception Analysis'.

You will run this for the period in which you wish to calculate your match rate. With in the Indexed date you can filter by time frame or by selecting calendar days. In our example we used Last 90 Days. 

Results

Using this info you will first calculate your exceptions percentage by taking the Exceptions divided by the AV Candidates

Example: 3584/4634= 77%

Then you will calculate you match rate by subtracting your Exception Percentage from 100.

Example 100-77=23

So your match rate for the past 90 days is 23%.
