Search Results Toolbar

The search results toolbar contains option to open documents, either single or multiple, print, create a PDF, or CSV of the results list. You also have the option to Mass update documents/data fields.

Select All

Allows you to select all the search results at one time. 

Open Selected Documents

Allows you to open selected documents

CSV

 Allows you to send search results to CSV

PDF

 Allows you to send search results to PDF

Print

 Allows you to print search results

Mass Update

Users are able to mass update documents in the search results window. This functionality allows a user to update one or more editable fields on multiple documents at one time.
