‘My Profile’ lets users review their DataServ user information, including email address, first and last name, and phone number. It also allows users to modify some aspects of their profiles, such as changing passwords and viewing connection information. Additionally, users can set their 'Out of Office' status and select their preferred date and time format.
To access ‘My Profile’ click on the People icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard
Then select 'My Profile' from the dropdown
Basic Fields available include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Department
- Job Title
- Employee Id
- Alternate ID
- Credit Card Token
- Security Groups
- Various other fields based on client configuration
Fields that are grayed out are not editable.
Additional Functionality
Change My Password
Click ‘Change My Password’ to update your password in DataServ. For more information Can I Change My Password?
Connection Information
Click the Connection information to view your user info, including current security groups.
Change Date Format
To select your preferred date format, click the drop-down and choose the format that is suited to you. Once set, this date format will be applied throughout the DataServ application. For more information User Date/Time Format
Change Time Format
To select your preferred time format, click the drop-down and choose the format suited to you. Once set, this date format will be applied throughout the DataServ application. For more information User Date/Time Format
Out of Office
You can set your ‘Out of Office.’ Out-of-office delegation enables a user to delegate another approver to approve invoices on their behalf. For more information Out of Office
