Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your starting point after signing in to DataServ. The tabs, features, and content available to you depend on your organization’s configuration and the access assigned to your account.

Dashboard Features

The main elements of the Dashboard are the Tab bar, Search bar, User Settings and the Dashboard.

• Tab Bar - This tab provides tabs to access to the following features:
  • Dashboard - This is the default tab and displays the Dashboard
  • Tasks - This  provides access to features such as Debit Memos, Remote Capture and special reporting/accruals.  The features available on the Tasks tab depend upon your configuration.  If you don't have any Tasks, this tab will be grayed out. 
  • Analytics - The Analytics tool delivers visibility into your financial liabilities and allows you to make better and faster decisions to manage invoices, processes, and vendors. Analytics
  • Configuration-This includes User Management and Matrix configuration. 
• User Settings - This tab provides access to the following options:
  • User Options - This enables a user to access their profile, Out of Office, log out
  • Help/Support - This provides access to Help/Training, Support, and Release/Holiday Schedule.
  • Notifications Icon - alerts users to notifications sent to them

If you see this message after signing in, your account’s access needs to be set up before dashboard content is available.

Contact your organization’s DataServ administrator to review your access and assign the permissions you need. If your updated access does not appear, sign out and sign back in.
