You can change the date format used in the DataServ Application. Selections made here will be applied to Search. Document Viewer. PDFs, CSV exports, User Management, Audit Log, and Mobile.
To access ‘My Profile,’ click on the People icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard
Then select 'My Profile' from the dropdown

Change Date Format
To select your preferred date format, click the drop-down menu and choose the suitable format. Once set, this date format will be applied throughout the DataServ application.
Options are:
- Blank -Client Default(prior tailoring option)
- MM/dd/yyyy
- dd/MM/yyyy
- dd.MM.yyyy
- yyyy-MM-dd
Once you hit 'Submit,' you may need to refresh your DataServ for the change to take effect.

Change Time Format
To select your preferred time format, click the drop-down menu and choose the format that suits you. Once set, this date format will be applied throughout the DataServ application.
Options are:
- 12-hour
- 24-hour
Once you hit 'Submit,' you may need to refresh your DataServ for the change to take effect.
