August 2026 Release

The DataServ platform will be unavailable on Sunday, August 16^th, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CDT. During this time, we will deploy the 2026.08 release, which includes product updates, security improvements, and system maintenance.

Product Updates: 

• France E-Invoicing Capabilities. In preparation for the upcoming France e-invoicing mandate, clients operating in France can now utilize DataServ to receive and handle their e-invoices sent by their vendors and e-reporting. This update includes support for country-specific requirements, such as the buyer-side “Refused” status and reason codes, to help ensure compliance and maintain seamless communication with French suppliers.

• Workflow Continuity: In-App Notifications. On August 5th, we introduced a new in-app notification that alerts users whenever they are tagged in a comment within the discussion pane. The notification identifies who mentioned the user, provides a preview of the comment, and links directly to the relevant document. Users will now receive both an email and an in-app notification, ensuring they never miss an alert without needing to manually check specific documents or their inbox.

• New Self-Serve AutoVouch Tuning & Analysis Dashboard. We started rolling out the new Tools for Tuning & Analyzing AutoVouch Dashboard, which provides actionable insights into AutoVouch performance, to eligible clients. By identifying the root causes of exceptions—such as vendor data discrepancies or tolerance misalignments—your team can target high-impact process improvements to drive higher automation rates and reduce manual touches. We are notifying clients when the Dashboard is available in their workspace and plan to complete our rollout in September.
