How Do I Send Documents to DataServ?

Our IPM group and OCR capabilities can handle all incoming documents from your current processes and make them available to you in a way tailored specifically for your business. Our batch capabilities can handle large scanning jobs and provide you access to the images when and where you need them. Your documents will be managed inside our highly efficient, SSAE16 Type II compliant IPMz facility that accepts documents of any type, in any form via mail, courier, FTP, remote capture, EDI and returns clean data and images.

For AP documents, most clients have their vendors send documents directly to DataServ. 

• For paper documents, vendors can send documents directly to a client-specific PO Box.  DataServ will retrieve mail from the PO Box, open, sort, and then scan the documents.
• For electronic documents, vendors can email documents to a client-specific email address.
• Fax, EDI and Remote Capture may also be supported depending upon your configuration.
