Where to find DataServ Help Documentation?

Did you know there is a knowledge library at help.dataserv.com?

You can choose from the text boxes, such as ‘DataServ 101’,  to browse articles.

Or

You can enter your topic in the search bar, and a list of articles related to your search criteria will appear.

After that, you can select an article or hit enter to see a list of articles to choose from. Click on each individual article to get valuable information and step-by-step instructions.

Once you open an article, you'll find additional related articles listed on the left side for you to choose from.

In addition, Help is available within the application under the Question Mark found on the:

• Dashboard

• Search Screen

• Document Viewer Toolbar

Dependent on where you access the Help from will determine the help article you will be directed to.

For example, from the Dashboard, it will bring you to the 'Dashboard Overview.'

You can easily access other topics by typing in the search bar.

Moreover, help is available anywhere you find a question mark in a blue circle in the application.
