Key Changes with the Document Viewer Update

NEW!

• A ‘Save and Update’ document action button was added to allow the update of index info and to remain on the document for further action.
• The Published or Saved Search you came from is listed on the top left of the Document Viewer.
• Flip-Side Panes Functionality—You can choose to have your index data, including More Fields and History, on the right or the left.
• On the Coding GL pane:
  • Users can resize the columns and then save the column widths using the 'Save Layout' button. This functionality also saves the size of each pane and designates the current bottom pane as the preferred option.
  • The GL Distribution Amount is always visible no matter the screen's width.
• Help and Open a Support Ticket functionality is now available on the Document Viewer.
• Bottom pane navigation changes from tabs to a drop-down menu for GL coding, AP Invoice Detail, Workflow path, etc.

UPDATES

• 'Save and Close' action button replaces the confusing red X.
• Discussion Pane-Simply type your comment and hit Enter or Send instead of having to open a separate window. Also, scroll through comments, including new comments listed at the bottom.
• Message/Error Pane is now located at the top of the Document Viewer for better visibility.
• 'Delete Document' functionality has moved under the Workflow Buttons.
• 'History' button replaces the audit information and is now located above the Index Data.
• 'More Fields/Less Fields' button is now located at the top of the Index Data.
• Annotate toolbar has moved from the document image to the toolbar.
• Images Smoothing has moved to the Document Viewer Toolbar and has updated options.
• Hover text has been added to Icons to provide clarification on the icon's s action.
