The Document Viewer is used to access invoices for review.
To access a single invoice, double-click a row within the Search results.
To view multiple documents, you can highlight various rows (hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple lines) and click the 'Open Selected Documents' icon on the toolbar.
If you want to select all the documents within your Search results, click the 'Select All' icon on the upper left and then click the 'Open Selected Documents' icon to open the Document Viewer.
Selecting more than one document to view will allow you to view individual documents as a group and creates a Document count in the upper left corner of your Document Viewer Toolbar.
The Document count will show the total number of documents you have selected from your search and allow you to move through them using the forward and back arrows.
Please exercise caution when selecting a large number of documents at once, as this may cause latency issues when trying to view them.
