You have two Document Viewer Toolbar options to draw attention to the face of a document.
Highlight
Add a Highlight to a document
When you click this option your cursor will change to a crosshair.
Place the crosshair at the top left of the section you want to highlight, then drag down and to the right to highlight the desired section of the document.
To remove a Highlight
Click the red X in the top right corner of the highlight box
Add Annotation
Add a note to a document
When you click this option your cursor will change to a crosshair.
Place the crosshair over the section where you want to place the Note, then drag down and to the right to create the Note box to the size you desire. Type the text of the Note and then click the green checkmark in the upper right of the Note box to save.
Notes can be edited or deleted using the icons in the upper right of the notes box.
Using the 'i' icon you can see who create the note and the date created.
Notes can be searched upon using a general search and including key words contained in the note
Please note that it will bring up any invoice with that key word in the notes but also any other invoice that has that information as well.
For example, a search for Test will bring up the above invoice but also other invoices where the vendor name was Test Flight.
Hide or Show Annotations
or Hide or show annotations on a document
This is a toggle setting that allows you to view or hide annotations and highlights for a document.
