Analytics Executive Dashboards
Analytics Executive Dashboards were created to provide high-level information about the success of your AP Automation Process. Through these dashboards we provide insight to understand the benefits and challenges of your AP Automation Process and where improvements can be made.
Summarized information includes:
- Average Days to Complete
- Number of Touches to Complete
- Aging Summary
- PO/non-PO % + Total Amount
- AutoVouch Success
- AutoVouch Exception Reasons
- Discounts Taken vs. Available
We have added three new dashboards to both the Standard Dashboards and the Distribution Dashboards
- Past 30 days - allows you to look at the current value (for past 30 days) vs the prior 30 days at any point in time as the Prior month report is static for a month and then changes.
- Prior month – ability to review reporting metrics monthly providing easy access to the number instead of having to read it off a graph on the trends report.
- Trends – ability to review over the prior 12 months to determine if things are changing over time
Note: The Executive Dashboard widgets do not impact other widgets like they do on the other dashboards.
