You can customize your Executive Dashboard including enabling and establishing targets or goals for your dashboard widgets or color coding the actual values based on ranges.
First we will start by duplicating your dashboard. Create Your Own Analytics Dashboard
Metric = Days to Complete
The Executive Dashboard Trends includes separate widgets for PO and Non-PO invoices:
- Average Days to Complete - PO
- Average Days to Complete - Non-PO
How to Set a Target / Goal
Find the desired widget in the Duplicated dashboard.
Click the pencil to 'Edit Widget'.
On the left column the last value 'Target Days to Complete' is disabled by default.
Enable the 'Target Days to Complete' value by clicking the slider in the bottom right corner.
Click the pencil to 'Edit Formula'.
By default the value of 5 is entered.
Update your 'Target Days to Complete' and then click 'OK'.
By default the 'Target Days to Complete' will draw a red line.
To change the default, select the red box.
You can then choose another color and click 'OK'.
Example: Updated to 10 days and color green.
How to Color Code Actual Values
Find the desired widget in the Duplicated dashboard.
Click the pencil to 'Edit Widget'.
On the left column the '# of Days' is already setup to provide color coded values.
Click the rainbow colored box to 'Change Values Colors'.
Note:
- The values associated with Red and Yellow are very large.
- The value for Green is very low.
- The Blue range is intended to cover all of the likely values.
For example:
Click the trash can to delete the Blue color.
Change the values for Red, Yellow, and Green

Red is greater than or equal to 10

Yellow is greater than 5

Green is less than or equal to 5

Click 'OK'.
Click 'Apply'.
Metric = Number of Touches
The Executive Dashboard Trends includes separate widgets for PO and Non-PO invoices:

Number of Touches - PO

Number of Touches - Non-PO
This widget breaks the number of touches into bands and colors them differently (E.g. 4-6 Touches).
How to Change the Touch Ranges
Find the desired widget in the Duplicated dashboard.
Click the pencil to 'Edit Widget'.
On the left column the bands of Touches are defined (i.e. 7-10 Touches, 4-6 Touches, 2-3 Touches).
Note changing the “> 10 Touches” will be described below.
Identify the first band that you want to change and click 'Edit Formula'.
Right Click on {Document Touches].
Then select 'Edit Filter' from the popup menu.
In the box the specific Integer number of touches to be included are shown. In the example it is 7, 8, 9, 10.
Edit the number of Touches you wish to include and click 'OK' to close the Filter Editor.
Change the description of the value.
Click the menu in the top right corner of the specific value and select Rename from the menu.
Right Click on {Document Touches].
Then select 'Rename' from the popup menu.
Update the description.
Click the Green check mark in the cell to save your change.
Click 'OK' to exit and see your changes
To Change the Color of a Band
Click the colored box for that Value.
You can then choose another color and click 'OK'.
Then click 'Apply'.
You can repeat these steps to change the other Bands.
How to Change the ">10 Touches"
Click the pencil to 'Edit Formula' for the "> 10 Touches".
Right Click on {Document Touches].
Then select 'Edit Filter' from the popup menu.
In the box the specific Integer number of Touches to be excluded are shown. In the example it is 5, 6, 7.
Edit the number of Touches you wish to exclude and click 'OK' to close the Filter Editor. This will cover all of the touch bands you setup above.
Click OK to close the Filter Editor.
Click OK to close the Formula Editor.
To Change the Color of a Band
Click the colored box for that Value.
You can then choose another color and click 'OK'.
Then click 'Apply'.
Metric = AutoVouch Success % or Touchless AutoVouch %
The Executive Dashboard 30 day Snapshot and Monthly Snapshot include:

How to Color Code Actual Values
Find the desired widget in the Duplicated dashboard.
Click the pencil to 'Edit Widget'.
On the left column the 'Last Month' or 'Last 30 Days' value already setup to provide color coded values.
Click the Rainbow colored box to 'Change Values Colors'.
By default you will see the following:
Note:
- The values associated with Red and Yellow are very small.
- The value for Green is very low.
- The green range is intended to cover all of the likely values.
For example:
Change the values for Red, Yellow, and Green. The numbers are decimal because it is a percentage.

Click 'OK'.
Click 'Apply'.
