To view the History for a document, click the 'History' button on the upper right of the Document Viewer Toolbar.
When you click the 'History' option, the Audit Summary information will be displayed in a new window. This will show all the history information related to the document. This includes the User Name, Date/Time, and Function.
The Function will either be "View" or "Modify." "Index," "Reject," or potentially other values depending upon the configuration of your solution.
- View - The user opened the document but did not make any changes to the document.
- Modify - The user made a change. If you click the "Modify" link, detailed audit information will be provided.
- Index - This provides information about the initial data capture of the document.
- Reject - The document has been rejected. If you click the "Reject" link, the detailed audit information will be shown.
If the Function is a link, a Audit Detail window with more information will be shown when you click the link. Below is an example of the Modify Function.
