September 2025 Release

Dear Valued Client,

The DataServ platform will be unavailable on Sunday, September 7th, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT. During this time, we will deploy the 2025.09 release, which includes product updates, security improvements, and system maintenance.

Product Updates: 

• Visual Highlight for Required Notes on Reject / Return to AP. The Notes field now is highlighted when left blank, making the requirement unmistakable and consistent with other validation cues.

Bug Fixes:

• We fixed an issue in lookup searches that prevented finding vendor names containing a “+” character. Lookups now recognize “+” and other special characters, and return the correct results.
• We fixed an issue in picklists where long values caused overlapping text, making values unreadable. Dropdowns now resize to display each line clearly.
• We fixed an issue on the Search toolbar where the CSV, PDF, and Print buttons remained clickable while a previous export or update was still processing. These buttons now disable automatically (with explanatory tool-tips) until the active operation finishes, preventing duplicate requests and improving system stability.
• We fixed an issue in DataLoad 2.0 where rows containing unquoted new-line characters (\r/\n) caused processing to fail loading the entire file. Such rows are now flagged and excluded so the load completes successfully.
• We fixed an issue where the PageCount field became inaccurate when pages were added or deleted. PageCount is now validated and corrected automatically to reflect the pages the user can see.
