Product Updates:

New Close Button in Document Viewer. We added a new Close button with a confirmation prompt, allowing users to exit the Document Viewer without saving changes. This improves usability, reduces accidental data change, and ensures clean tracking of touches.

- Tailorable Default Tab for Payment Requests.
Clients can now choose whether the Discussion or Details tab appears first when opening a Payment Request during initialization. This setting improves workflow visibility and supports client-specific preferences. If you would like this option enabled, please contact support.

- Added Accessibility for Chromebook Users.
DataServ is adding support for Chromebooks, which ensures smoother experiences and interactions in the application (e.g., scroll bars).

Expanded Language Support. We added additional translations across various screens, including PDF export options, to ensure all standard language settings display correctly. This improves clarity and usability for non-English users.

- Consistent Integration Link Touch Tracking.
Based on feedback, we updated how integration links are tracked so that they no longer count as a user “touch.” This ensures analytics reflect meaningful user interactions more accurately.
Bug Fixes:
- We fixed an issue in the Coding Form where disabled fields could still be accessed using the Tab key. Users can now tab smoothly through forms without being interrupted by read-only fields, improving accuracy and efficiency.
- We resolved a formatting issue where long text entries in CSV-based EDI documents overlapped into neighboring columns. This fix improves document clarity and ensures information is displayed in a clean, readable format.
- We adjusted the login screen layout to ensure the login button remains fully visible when the browser language is set to French.
- We resolved an issue that prevented Payment Requests from printing when fields included special characters (e.g., “&”). Users can now print these documents without errors, ensuring smoother export and compliance workflows.
- We corrected a visual issue where start and end date fields were not vertically aligned in the search filter panel. This refinement enhances usability and ensures a cleaner, more consistent interface.
