Christmas and New Year Holiday Observance 2025

On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, Thursday, December 25, 2025 and Friday, December 26, 2025, DataServ will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday. On Thursday, January 1, 2026, DataServ will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Our platform, including HotBatch, will be available and emergency support will be available during these days. Our IPM Team and invoice processing will continue as normal after the Christmas holiday on Monday, December 29, 2025 and after the New Year’s holiday on Friday, January 2, 2026. Portions of document processing that occurs through the IPM Team may have next-day delays.  This means:  

• Christmas holiday  

  • On Wednesday, December 24^th, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our IPM Team on the prior day.   

  • Users will not see new documents imported on Wednesday, December 25^th , Thursday December 26^th , or Monday, December 29^th (midday imports are an exception).  

  • New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Tuesday, December 30^th.   

• New Year’s Day holiday  

  • On Thursday, January 1^st, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our IPM Team on the prior day.   

  • Users will not see new documents imported on Friday, January 2^nd(midday imports are an exception).  

  • New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Monday, January 5^th.
