On Thursday, November 27, 2025 and Friday, November 28, 2025, DataServ will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. Our platform will be available and emergency support will be available during these days. Our IPM Team and invoice processing will continue as normal on Monday, December 1, 2025. Portions of document processing that occurs through the IPM Team may have next-day delays. This means:
- On Thursday, November 27th, users may still see new imported documents that were processed by our IPM Team on the prior day.
- Users will not see new documents imported on Friday, November 28th or Monday, December 1st (midday imports are an exception).
- New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Tuesday, December 2nd.
