The DataServ platform will be unavailable on Sunday, November 17th, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT. During this time, we will deploy the 2024.11 release, which includes product updates, bug fixes, and security improvements, and perform system maintenance.

Product Updates:
- Last action taken by a user will be saved to speed up and streamline document processing in the multi-document view. When users are in the multi-document view, the application will now save the last workflow button (e.g., “Approve, “Route to AP”, “Reject”) the user clicked on and display that as the default button on the next document if that action is available. If the workflow button does not exist in the next document, the user will see the standard button order instead.

- AutoVouch (AV) Feature Updates:
- Our team has made several user experience enhancements to the AV Exception Form:
- Searching for the receipt lines to find the match is now faster than ever. Users can search receipt lines using Item Number, Item Description, and Supplier Item Number to find the right match. The search functionality is flexible and can return results even if the exact word isn’t provided.
- Users can freeze the header row on the Invoice items and the header row on the matching receipt line items. This update will make it easier to keep track of the data in each column when there are multiple lines to scroll through in the Form.
- New filtering options will make it easy to find and focus on the lines that need action. Users will see three new filter buttons in the Form:
- All Lines: Selected by default; the user will see all lines on an invoice.
- Matched Lines: Users can use this button to see only the lines that have been matched.
- Unmatched Lines: Users can use this button to see the lines that need to be matched.
- Users can now easily unmatch lines that were erroneously matched instead of deleting and re-adding the line. When there are lines on the invoice that were erroneously matched either manually or by AutoVouch, users can now save time in unmatching them by clicking on a new Unmatch Lines button within the Form.

- Our team has made several user experience enhancements to the AV Exception Form:
- Payment Request Feature Update:
- Users can now conveniently view their vendor’s address directly in the Payment Request form. For clients with the Vendor Address field in their Payment Request form, this field updates to display the corresponding address when the Vendor Number and Vendor Name fields are populated.

Bug Fixes:
- Page counts for all documents should now be accurate at import and whenever a user deletes or adds a page to the document.
- The last page of a document in the Document Viewer should no longer be cut off when the Document Viewer zoom is not set to 100%.
- When a user views multiple documents within the multi-document view, the application will display the appropriate Prior GL data for each document viewed with the Prior GL button.
- When exporting a CSV, client-specific English translations should now be applied and visible within the export.
- The pop-out Coding Form should now correctly display translations for all our supported languages.
