The New Documents Overview dashboard allows you to get a clear picture of your company’s overall trends in regard to your invoice volume. You can easily see invoice volume ebb and flow to identify volume peaks and valleys over time.
This dashboard defaults to show you data from the last 360 days, and, along with the week over week comparison, also breaks down volume by document type, location, and work group.
This data will allow you to clearly see document count trends, and identify high volume times, as well as any dips in volume. This visibility allows you to better plan for spikes in volume to ensure that invoice processing remains efficient in those times.
