The Turn Around Time dashboards allow you to determine how efficiently your team is working and completing invoices. These dashboards track your invoices from Indexed Date to Completed Date within DataServ.
As a reminder, Indexed Date = date the document was put into the system and Completed Date = date the document was put into a status of Complete.
The two Turn Around time reports are:
- Turn Around Time by Location
- Turn Around Time by Work Group
The data on these dashboards allow you to easily pinpoint bottlenecks in your invoice processing and identify the specific locations or work groups that are the biggest offenders in not completing invoices in a timely manner.
