Approver's Standard Published Searches

This section contains the default Published Searches that are available for AP Approvers.

• My Documents on Hold
• My Documents Pending Approval

My Documents on Hold

My Documents on Hold contains all documents that are awaiting your approval but are documents that you have previously placed on hold.  They will appear in this search until the hold date is expired.  Once the hold date has expired, the document will not appear in this search but will be in My Documents Pending Approval.

To access My Documents on Hold:

1. Select the "My Documents on Hold " tile from the Dashboard.
   • Alternatively, you can select "My Documents on Hold" from the Search drop-down, or create a tile for "My Documents on Hold".

My Documents Pending Approval

My Documents Pending Approval contains all the documents that are awaiting your approval.  

To access My Documents Pending Approval:

1. Select the "My Documents Pending Approval" tile from the Dashboard.
   • Alternatively, you can select "My Documents Pending Approval" from the Search drop-down, or create a tile for "My Documents Pending Approval".

1. The Search Page will open and show a list of all the documents awaiting your approval.  To approve a document, see Invoice Approval.
