The DataServ platform will be unavailable on Sunday, March 9th, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT. During this time, we will deploy the 2025.03 release, which includes product updates, security improvements, and system maintenance.
As a heads up, we will upgrade our SFTP servers to apply standard security patches on Sunday, March 16th, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m CT. During the upgrade window, the SFTP service will be unavailable to send and receive files.

Product Updates:
- Enhanced System Reliability & Performance. Our team standardized our backend processes such as duplicate checks, initial routing, default coding, work group assignments, and more so that the application and services we provide to you have better stability, scalability, and long-term flexibility. This work lays the foundation for faster, more reliable data processing and future feature improvements.
- Exploring AutoVouch for Accelerated Invoice Access. We launched a pilot for a new capability allowing AutoVouch to trigger for imported invoices via the accelerated invoice process. We will be monitoring the success of the pilot and the workflow improvements this new capability will bring.
Bug Fixes:
- Users' clicks on the “Match Invoice” button in the AutoVouch Exception Form when the Form is editable will count as a touch.
