On Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and Wednesday, December 25, 2024, DataServ will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday. On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, DataServ will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Our platform will be available and emergency support will be available during these days. Our IPM Team and invoice processing will continue as normal after the Christmas holiday on Thursday, December 26, 2024 and after the New Year’s holiday on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Portions of document processing that occur through the IPM Team may have next-day delays. This means:

Christmas holiday
- On Tuesday, December 24th, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our IPM Team on the prior day.
- Users will not see new documents imported on Wednesday, December 25th or Thursday December 26th (midday imports are an exception).
- New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Friday, December 27th.

New Year’s Day holiday
- On Wednesday, January 1st, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our IPM Team on the prior day.
- Users will not see new documents imported on Thursday, January 2nd (midday imports are an exception).
- New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Friday, January 3rd.
