The DataServ platform will be unavailable on Sunday, December 15th, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT. During this time, we will deploy the 2024.12 release, which includes product updates, security improvements, and system maintenance.
Please note that for this release, files sent to us via SFTP during this maintenance period may not be received so we recommend sending files before or after this release window.

Product Updates:
- International E-Invoicing Capabilities. In preparation for the German e-invoicing mandate that will be gradually introduced from January 1, 2025, clients operating in Germany can now utilize DataServ to receive and handle their e-invoices sent by their vendors.
- If you are interested in getting access to the e-invoicing feature, please reach out to your Client Success Account Manager (CSAM) for more information.
- Security Enhancements. We are enhancing our application's front-end security by upgrading our Web Application Firewall (WAF). One of the enhanced features is the improved use of managed reputation lists to prevent known bad IP addresses from accessing our systems. We have been running the new WAF in test and in monitor mode in production for some time so we could compare the results with the existing WAF.
Bug Fixes:
- Column widths set up and saved in the Search Results Settings modal will now persist within the Search Results page.
