Unmatch Lines
Previously if a line was matched in error, you would need to delete the entire line and then manually add back in the invoice line to be available to match to a new po/receipt.
The status of the line needs to be Matched
Use the checkbox to select the line you wish to unmatch
Click the 'Unmatch Lines' button
A message will appear assuring you wish to unmatch the selected lines.
Once you click 'OK'
The status of the line is updated to 'Unmatched'
The po/receipt info has been removed
The invoice line info remains
You can now continue to match the line to another po/receipt
