As of March 2026, our Support ticketing system includes an additional safeguard to help protect against spam and malicious activity.
Even if you are already registered in our ticketing system, you must verify your email address each time you submit a support ticket while not logged in to the actual ticketing system. This applies whether you create a ticket through the application or by sending an email directly to Support.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Simply click the link to verify your email address and complete the ticket submission process.
Important: If you do not complete the verification process
- Your ticket will not be created immediately.
The ticket remains in a pending state until you click the verification link in the email. - You will not receive ticket notifications.
Standard email notifications confirming that your ticket has been received and created will not be sent until verification is completed. - Your ticket may be delayed.
Unverified tickets are routed to the Suspended Tickets queue. This queue is not monitored as closely as the New ticket queue, which may result in a delayed response.
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, please verify your email address as soon as you receive the verification email.
