AWS PRODUCTION MIGRATION:
DataServ is prepared to move forward with the AWS Production cutover this weekend September 17th – 18th. During this time, you can expect a two (2) day outage to the application and document processing within the DataServ platform.
What to Expect:
- DataServ will be unavailable Saturday September 17th, 12:00 AM CST to Sunday September 18th, 4:00 PM CST.
- AutoVouch will be cut off at 9:00 AM CST on Friday September 16th and not processed again until Sunday September 18th at 4:00 PM CST.
As we are not migrating the Invoice Processing Machine (IPM) in this move, this outage should not cause any delays in our Digital Mailroom. Also, since expanding the scope to resolve the slowness issue previously encountered, extensive testing has taken place to ensure a smooth migration.
Future messages will be sent periodically with updates on the migration progress to keep all clients well informed with any new developments as they arise.
