DataServ is performing system maintenance Sunday, July 17th, 2022. The DataServ platform will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. U.S. Central time. During this time, we will perform underlying database upgrades as well as failover testing.
DataServ will be performing additional maintenance on Sunday, July 24th, 2022.
AWS PRODUCTION MIGRATION UPDATE:
Over the past few months, DataServ has dedicated resources to identifying the root cause of the issues that resulted in the rollback of our attempted migration to AWS this past May. We are pleased to announce that the underlying issue has been resolved, and the solution has been fully tested and scheduled to be implemented in the upcoming weeks.
DataServ has secured resources and has blocked the weekend of September 17th-18th to reschedule the actual cutover. We will continue to send communications to keep you well informed as we approach the cutover.
Confluence 2022:
Due to the increasingly difficult travel situation as well as the rise in Covid19 cases anticipated over the next few months, we have decided to postpone Confluence. Our annual client meeting has been virtual over the last couple of years, but we heard you loud and clear when you said we wanted to gather in person again! In our attempts to make that happen this fall, we have encountered many hurdles, solved some tough problems, and built the foundation to execute a great event. But to do it safely and well in person, we ask for your patience as we move the dates from this fall to next Spring.
