June 13, 2021 Release Notes

On Sunday, June 13, 2021, DataServ will use a planned window for system maintenance and stability operations. Our platform will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. U.S. Central time on that day.  

We have postponed the software release to focus on system stability.  We are deploying additional servers and moving some workloads to the new servers. As part of this maintenance, DataServ is putting in a change to our infrastructure this weekend for downloading documents. The export/print feature will move to its own server. This means that if large documents are downloaded it would only impact that feature (print/export) and would not degrade performance of other functionality. 

Additionally, we want to give notice that as of 8/1/2021, the DataServ application will no longer be validated against Internet Explorer, as Microsoft has ended support of their own applications within this browser.  We will be prompting users to change browsers if they are using Internet Explorer.  Please see this article for more information.
