DataServ is aware of a current system impairment that is impacting some users ability to login to the platform. We are working towards a solutions and will provide updates as they are available.
The outage was caused by network equipment issue in our data center. DataServ was running with reduced redundancy on the network equipment due to hardware migrations. The time of the outage was 1:55pm CST - 4:00pm CST. This issue caused a delay in our data load and import jobs as well. All files scheduled to run during the outage are being scheduled to rerun immediately. You many notice a small delay in your solution. Please contact Client Support with any questions.
