On Sunday, December 13, 2020, DataServ will use a planned release window to perform system maintenance. Our platform will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. U.S. Central time on that day.
We also wanted to provide advance notice and clarity around DataServ offices, including our Digital Mailroom, being closed December 24th and 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday and January 1st in observance of New Year’s Day. Emergency coverage will remain in place but portions of document processing that occurs through the Digital Mailroom may have next-day delays. This means:
- Christmas holiday
- On Thursday, December 24th, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our Digital Mailroom on the prior day.
- Users will not see new documents imported on Friday, December 25th or Monday, December 28th (midday imports are an exception).
- New document imports will return to regular schedule beginning Tuesday, December 29th.
- New Year’s Day holiday
- On Friday, January 1st, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our Digital Mailroom on the prior day.
- Users will not see new documents imported on Monday, January 4th (midday imports are an exception).
- New document imports will return to regular schedule beginning Tuesday, January 5th.
Also, a reminder that as we approach the end of the year and acknowledge that year-end is a very busy time for our clients, the DataServ production environment will have a code freeze from December 17, 2020, through January 9, 2021. During this time, no modifications or enhancements will be made to the production instance of the platform or client implementations.
