August 16, 2020 Release Notes

On Sunday, August 16, 2020, DataServ will use a planned release window to perform system upgrades and maintenance. Our platform will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to noon U.S. Central time on that day.

In this release, improvements are being made to document processing including ‘hot batch’ processing. These changes include improving image processing speed, adding dedicated hardware for hot batch processing, and improving logging and visibility into error states.

Also, we are continuing with behind the scenes changes for tracking and logging of import documents in preparation for an upgraded import program in the coming months. Separate communications will be sent out regarding schedules and plans regarding import jobs in advance of any changes.

This release also includes 3 bug fixes.
