May 17, 2020 Release Notes

On Sunday, May 17, 2020, DataServ will use a planned maintenance window to perform system upgrades and maintenance. Your platform will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to noon U.S. Central time on that day. 

In this release, we are launching new Analytics capabilities in our platform. As part of this launch, we have created an easy access Analytics tab in the platform for designated users. There, users will find many dashboards that we’ve already created as a start. If you haven’t already, please take a look at the intro video that gives you an overview of these new Analytics capabilities. In the coming weeks, we will provide drill down information regarding the published dashboards so that your organization can get the most out of Analytics. 

Also included in this release will be changes to enable DataServ to track application response times for user experience which we will use to proactively monitor and make improvements.  

This month’s release will also complete the migration of the email intake process to Amazon as part of our move to AWS. In addition, Sunday’s release will deploy 4 bug fixes.
