DataServ is excited to share that we are enhancing our help desk support for all clients. You will still have access to all the great information you have today @help.dataserv.com, plus more! It is a great resource for both new users to the platform and those who have used DataServ for years. There are many benefits you will experience:
- Our ticketing service and help desk articles will be on the same page.
- As a user you will be able to review help desk articles and submit a ticket on the same platform. No need to bounce back and forth or to open an email.
- Using information from tickets you submit, DataServ can quickly track and update our help desk content with new and updated articles to assist you quicker and enable efficient solutions should you have a challenge.
- And the best new feature, you can choose to create a support account which will enable you to track your ticket submissions, as well as your organizations ticket submissions, under “My activities”.
What is not changing is the great access to over 100 help articles and the URL where you find the information, help.dataserv.com. What will change is the tool that we use to host all the information, it will now be Zendesk.
On the support account we mentioned, you have the option to create this account. This is not your DataServ account, it is a Zendesk account and is optional. What creating this account will afford you, is the ability to track your tickets submitted to DataServ. You will have a dashboard showing all your submissions, everything in one place, cleaning up your email.
We will be making this change on Friday, April 10. All you will need to do is go to help.dataserv.com to access the new Help Desk.
