Filter Description

all of these words

All of the search term(s) entered must match any part of the field being searched.  For example, the search term "Pitt" would match a field containing "Pittsburgh".  The search term "Pitt Bur" would also match a field containing "Pittsburgh", but would not match "Woburn".

this exact wording or phrase

The word or phrase must match the value of the field exactly.  For example, if the field contained "Pittsburgh", the search term must be an exact match to "Pittsburgh".

one or more of these words

One or more of the search term(s) entered must match any part of the field being searched.  For example, the search term "pitt bur" would match a field containing "Pittsburgh", but would also match "Auburn" and "Woburn" in the same search.

none of these words

None of the search term(s) entered can match any part of the field being searched.

Is Not Empty

The field being search must not be empty, it must contain a value.  Only available in Advanced Search.

Is Empty

The field being search must be empty, it cannot contain any value.  Only available in Advanced Search.

This enables you to enter your own starting and ending dates for the search. 

last year

The field being searched must be within the date range for the last calendar year.

before today

The field being searched must have a value that is before today's date.

month to date

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to a date in the current month.

next four weeks

The field being searched must have a value that is within the next four weeks.

tomorrow

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to tomorrow's date.

last month

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to a date in the last month.

year to date

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to a date between January 1st of the current year and today's date.

yesterday

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to yesterday's date.

next week

The field being searched must have a value that is within the next week.

after today

The field being searched must have a value that is after today's date.

next two weeks

The field being searched must have a value that is within the next two weeks.

today

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to today's date.

last week

The field being searched must have a value that is within the last week.

rest of this month

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to today's date through the end of the month.

today and earlier

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to today's date or any date prior to today's date.

this week

The field being searched must have a value that is within the current week.

today and later

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to today's date or after today's date.

Is Not Empty

The field being search must not be empty, it must contain a value.  Only available in Advanced Search. 

Is Empty

The field being search must be empty, it cannot contain any value.  Only available in Advanced Search.

The field being searched must have a value that is equal to the search term.

less than

The field being searched must have a value that is less than the search term.

greater than

The field being searched must have a value that is greater than the search term.

from/to

The field being searched must be within the range of the two search terms.
