On April 12th starting at 7:06am CST DataServ was alerted to issues related to searches and tiles not functioning properly. It was discovered that due to a feature release on April 11th (client license tracking), that we introduced a bottleneck in our system that resulted in a slow response time. Our development team removed the lines of code related to the client license tracking which allowed searches to function properly again. The issue was fully resolved by 10:30am CST. We are investigating improvements to our process to avoid similar problems in the future.
