January 10, 2021 Release Notes

On Sunday, January 10, 2021, DataServ will use a planned release window to perform system maintenance. Our platform will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. U.S. Central time on that day.

During this maintenance window we will be performing system failover testing as part of our regularly scheduled redundancy testing. As a precautionary measure, the software release previously communicated will not occur. We are not tracking any issues with the release; however, we are not at the point we need to be to ensure the highest quality. System integrity and service to our clients is of utmost importance so we have postponed the release to remove this risk.
