Christmas/New Year Holiday Observance

On Friday, December 23, 2022 and Monday, December 26, 2022, DataServ will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday. On Monday, January 2, 2023, DataServ will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Our platform will be available and emergency support will be available during these days. Our Digital Mailroom and invoice processing will continue as normal after the Christmas holiday on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 and after the New Year’s holiday on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Portions of document processing that occurs through the Digital Mailroom may have next-day delays.  This means:  

• Christmas holiday

  • On Friday, December 23^rd, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our Digital Mailroom on the prior day.   

  • Users will not see new documents imported on Monday, December 26^th or Tuesday December 27^th (midday imports are an exception).  

  • New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Wednesday, December 28^th.   

• New Year’s Day holiday

  • On Monday, January 2^nd, users may still have new imported documents that were processed by our Digital Mailroom on the prior day.   

  • Users will not see new documents imported on Tuesday, January 3^rd(midday imports are an exception).  

  • New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Wednesday, January 4^th.
