On Thursday, November 24, 2022 and Friday, November 25, 2022, DataServ will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday in the United States. Our platform and emergency support will be available during these days. Our Digital Mailroom and invoice processing will continue as normal on Monday, November 28, 2022. Portions of document processing that occurs through the Digital Mailroom may see next-day delays. This means:
- On Thursday, November 24rd, users may see new imported documents that were processed by our Digital Mailroom on the prior day.
- Users will not see new documents imported on Friday, November 25th or Monday, November 28th (midday imports are an exception).
- New document imports will return to the regular schedule beginning Tuesday, November 29th.
